–New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, after being asked by NBC's Tim Russert why he didn't use buses to evacuate residents in accordance with the city's evacuation plan.
We finally agree on something... I want Blanco out, too!
I thought you had to EARN the right to wear four stars on your uniform... maybe Nagin should go to basic training first? I could be wrong.
